Yes, it may sound a bit strange, but today we are celebrating the international hug a librarian day. Where the origins of this custom, and day, originate from I have no idea, but it is not such a bad thought at all... we all need a hug every now and then. But I really hope the librarians do know about this before you all run in hugging the first librarian you see, or we will begin seeing a lot of strange hashtags.
